Constitution

The objectives of the Australasian Universities Risk & Insurance Management Society are embedded in the Constitution.

The objectives of the Society are to –

1)         Foster and promote the exchange of information relating to insurance, risk management, internal audit, assurance and resilience-based activity including business continuity and disaster recovery affecting universities and tertiary education generally.

 2)         Promote and maintain the educational and professional development of members and professional interest in continuous improvement of the principles and practices of activities defined in 3 (1) above in universities and tertiary education generally.
