2019 Conference

The 2019 University audit, risk & insurance conference will be in Melbourne, Victoria from 3 - 5 April 2019. The theme of the conference is the Future of Universities: Adapting to Change, Innovation and Disruption.
The conference will be held at Deakin Downtown, Level 12, Tower 2, 727 Collins Street, Docklands, and will be jointly hosted by the University of Melbourne, Monash, Deakin, RMIT, and LaTrobe University.

Before proceeding please note the following:
- General registrants: to ensure integrity of the system, each Registration will need to be processed separately; however, once you have finalised your Registration process there is an option on the Summary Page to “Register Another” if you wish to do so on behalf of other colleagues.
- Speakers: if you have been advised by the Organising Committee that you are speaking at the Conference, you are entitled to a reduced Speaker Registration fee of $450. When registering please register as a Speaker.
- Group Discounts are available - 3 plus from the same organisation - $600.00 per person - 10 plus $500pp. Please contact Brett White to discuss.
- AURIMS is not registered to collect GST.
- A small service fee may apply to bookings / payments.
Booking information:
- Early bird registration - is AUD$650 - available to 1 March 2019.
- Standard/normal rate - is AUD$750 - applies after Mon 4 March 2019.
- Bookings close one week before the event - 27 March 2019.
- Additional dinners to the Gala Dinner, at the Alto above the GPO - $130 per person.
- Cancellations before 4 Mar 2019 will attract a $50 cancellation fee.
- No refund for cancellations after 4 Mar 2019, however a registration may be transferred to another applicate at no cost, providing the organisers are informed.
- When booking, please indicate dietary requirements and.or allergies.

Accommodation: as per usual, all attendees must make thier own arrangements and bookings for transport and accommodation.
